Am I safe to rent a portable charger from you?
Yes. We have implemented multiple protocols involving both physical and tech elements to ensure your safety.
Recent studies have also shown that the risk of COVID-related viral transmission through touched surfaces is relatively low as the virus does not spread easily on plastic according to the New England Journal of medicine (Source below).
What Are we doing to help?
To ensure the safety of our users we have installed three main protocols:
With our dedicated team’s help, stations and portable chargers are disinfected on a regular basis with a bleach solution.
Before taking a portable charger, we ask each client to clean their hands with soap provided at the entrance of each venue.
We have installed a tech feature for our stations, which does not allow the same portable charger to unlock until each other portable charger has been taken. Once a portable charger is put back into its slot it will lock and no longer be used until it is fully charged, therefore users can have confidence that the portable chargers are clean and disinfected.
